Installing it
  1. Tap Download for Android above.
  2. Chrome will warn that this kind of file can be harmful. That warning appears for every app not installed from the Play Store. Tap Download anyway.
  3. Open the downloaded file. Android will ask whether to allow installing apps from Chrome -- turn that on, then come back.
  4. Tap Install, then Open.
  5. When it asks about notifications, tap Allow. Without this you will not hear an incoming call.

iPhone and iPad

Apple only allows apps from the App Store, so there is no file to download here. Adding this site to your Home Screen gives you the same thing: its own icon, full screen, no browser bar.

  1. Open this page in Safari (it will not work from Chrome on iPhone).
  2. Tap the Share button -- the square with an arrow pointing up.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add, then open it from the new icon.
  5. Allow notifications when it asks.
