Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data cacmamohit007.com (the "Service") collects, why, and how it is used, shared, and protected. The Service is operated by Mohit Sukhani ("we", "us"). If you have questions, email cacmamohit007@gmail.com.
1. What we collect
| Data | When |
|---|---|
| Full name, phone number, email address, password (stored encrypted, never in plain text) | Registration |
| Category, qualification level, question type, preferred time window, and the free-text question you type | Booking a call |
| Audio recording of your call, plus the transcript and AI-generated summary derived from it | During and after a call |
| Star rating and comment you choose to leave after a call | Post-call feedback (optional) |
| Push notification subscription (a browser-issued token, no message content) | If you allow notifications |
2. Why we collect it
We use this data to: create and secure your account; route and schedule your call requests; connect the voice call itself; produce the transcript and summary that power the Knowledge Archive; notify you when a call is starting; and improve the Service based on the feedback you choose to give. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.
3. Who else sees it (our service providers)
We use a small number of specialist providers to run the Service. Each only receives the data it needs to do its job, under its own terms:
- Supabase (database and account login, hosted in the Mumbai, India region) — stores your profile and call-request records.
- Agora — carries the live voice call and produces the recording file.
- Amazon Web Services (S3) (Mumbai, India region) — stores the recorded audio file.
- Google (Gemini API) — receives the audio recording to generate the transcript and summary.
- Resend — sends the one-time verification code email during registration.
- Your browser's push notification service (e.g. Google/Apple/Mozilla's push infrastructure) — delivers the "incoming call" notification if you opt in.
We do not otherwise share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Mohit, our users, or the public.
4. The public Knowledge Archive
Every call is added to the Knowledge Archive, where any registered user of this site can listen to it and read its summary. You confirm you understand this when you submit a call request, before the call is booked. If you would rather your question was not in the archive, please do not book a call.
Publication still requires Mohit to review and approve that specific call, so nothing publishes automatically. Before anything is published, the transcript and summary are automatically de-identified: personal names become role labels, and employers, colleges, exam centres and similar details are replaced or removed. Your name, phone number and email are never shown alongside an entry, and every entry.
Calls by users who have told us they are under 18 are never added to the archive.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Recordings, transcripts, and summaries are kept while they remain useful for the purpose you gave them for, and no longer than needed. You can ask us to remove a specific entry, or to delete your account, at any time (see Section 7). If you delete your account we remove your profile data and, on request, the recordings and transcripts associated with it.
6. Security
Access to your data is protected by database-level access rules (so, for example, other users cannot read your call requests, and only an administrator account can access admin-only data), encrypted connections between your browser and our servers, and encrypted password storage. No system is completely immune to risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can update your profile details, cancel a pending call request, or stop push notifications at any time from your account. You can also email us to: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; or request deletion of your account. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for students and professionals and is not directed at children under 18. If you are under 18, you should only use the Service with a parent or guardian's consent and involvement, as described in the Terms of Use. If we learn that a child has provided personal data without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
9. Cookies and local storage
The Service uses only the minimal browser storage needed to keep you signed in (an authentication session) and, if you opt in, a push notification subscription token. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make a change, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
