Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 August 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website cacmamohit007.com and the voice-consultation booking service offered on it (together, the "Service"), operated by Mohit Sukhani ("Mohit", "we", "us"). By registering for an account or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service lets you request a short voice call with Mohit to ask questions related to CA, CMA or CFA studies, exam strategy, or career decisions. Once you submit a request, Mohit reviews it, confirms it, and calls you over the Service's built-in voice calling feature at a time convenient to him. There is no guaranteed response time and no guarantee that a call will happen by any particular date.

Guidance given on a call is informal and personal in nature. It is not formal CA, CMA, CFA, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice, and using the Service does not create any professional advisory, client, or fiduciary relationship between you and Mohit. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should seek a qualified, formally engaged professional for advice you intend to rely on for exams, filings, investments, or legal matters.

2. Eligibility and account registration

You need a registered account to request a call. When you register, you agree to provide your real name, a working phone number, and an email address you control, and to keep that information accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who should be present for the call itself. By registering, you confirm that you either are 18 or older, or that a parent/guardian has consented to and will supervise your use of the Service.

3. Recording and publication — please read this section

Every call on this Service is recorded, and every call is added to the public Knowledge Archive. That is not an optional extra bolted onto the Service, it is what the Service is: a growing library of real questions and real answers, built out of the calls. If you do not want your question in that library, please do not book a call.

What happens. The call is recorded in full (audio only). This is disclosed on the booking form, again in the confirmation you tick before submitting, and again on-screen during the call itself. The recording is then transcribed and summarised by AI. Once Mohit has reviewed it, the recording and its summary are added to the Knowledge Archive, where any registered user of this site can listen to it and read the summary.

Nothing publishes automatically. Mohit reviews every recording before it appears, and can decide not to publish any call at all. A recording that is never reviewed stays private indefinitely.

Identifying details are removed. Before anything is published, the transcript and summary are automatically de-identified: personal names are replaced with role labels, and employers, firms, colleges, coaching institutes, exam centres, phone numbers and registration numbers are replaced with generic descriptions or removed. Your name, phone number and email are never shown alongside an entry either.

That process is careful but it is automated, so please help it: avoid naming your employer, your clients, your colleagues or your firm on the call. Remember that those people have not agreed to anything, and anything you say about them is their information as well as yours.

Under 18. If you have told us you are under 18, your calls are never added to the Knowledge Archive. They are recorded and summarised for you and Mohit only.

Recordings are streamed within the Service's own player and are not offered as a downloadable file.

4. Booking, queueing, and cancellation

Submitting a request places you in a queue. You may cancel a pending request at any time before it is confirmed or before the call starts. If you accept an incoming call and then leave, or do not answer within around 30 seconds of the call attempt, the request is marked as missed and Mohit may retry it later at his discretion.

5. Fees

The Service is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce fees for some or all of the Service in the future; if we do, we will state the price clearly before you book a call that would be charged, and nothing already published in the Knowledge Archive will be placed behind a paywall retroactively.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: impersonate another person when registering; use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse Mohit or any other user; attempt to download, redistribute, or republish recordings or transcripts from the Knowledge Archive outside the Service; attempt to circumvent the Service's security, rate limits, or access controls; or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the words you speak on a call. By using the Service, you grant Mohit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, transcribe, summarize, host, and publicly display that call's transcript and AI-generated summary within the Knowledge Archive, for as long as your account or the entry remains published, subject to your right to request removal under Section 11. The Service's design, code, and branding belong to Mohit and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including around uptime, call quality, or the accuracy of AI-generated transcripts and summaries (AI transcription can make mistakes). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mohit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on guidance given on a call.

9. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make a change.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competent jurisdiction in India.
